~ Our first Themed Show ~
Winning artworks will be displayed at the 905 Café just next door to Melbourne Arcade, with remaining pieces at The Guild
Our judge, Melbourne Art Museum exhibits curator Jackie Borsanyi, picked the winning entries which were announced Saturday. Thank you Jackie for taking time to judge our show and congratulations to the selected artists.

For the Artists
Each of our shows will be hosted by different members
The themes will be of their choice
  • Cash Awards - amount to be determined by participation
  • Media Coverage... Our Blog will feature an online show of fifteen runner-ups and feature articles on the winners, and notices to the local art communication media
  • The cost will be $10 per entry 
  • Open to Guild Members and Art Students (School ID required)
  • There will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Best of Show
    • There will be no media categories  
    • Three dimensional art entries must be less than 24", 30 lbs.
    • All 2D entries must be framed or suitable for hanging
  • All purchase requests will be forwarded to the Artist - the guild is not taking commissions but encourages donations
  • We ask for volunteers to run each show - why not you?
  • We will host a "Hall of Fame" on our Blog to showcase past winners and more!
For the Public
  • Please visit us and view these works in the unique, magnificent spaces of the artist's loft we call "The GUILD"
  • Please patronize the 905 Café and bask in the beautiful ambience of the Café including the winning artworks.
